The biggest reason though, is to support independent artists! How much do you charge for shipping? Shipping is FREE for all orders! Do you charge sale tax? All prices are final and there are no additional hidden costs. How do I pay? Is it safe to use my credit card? We accept all major credit cards and process all payments through Paypal. When you see a track listing displayed as a red link, it means that track can be downloaded for FREE!!! Thank the artists for this. Can I download the music for free? How? All track listings displayed as a red link can be downloaded in MP3 format. Albums with a "Download Now" button can be downloaded as a .zip file with all the songs (in MP3 format) and any album art. To download the music, simply right click the button/link and select "Save Target As..." You can then choose a location on your harddrive to save the file. What is your return policy? You can return any unused/unopened product for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. You can exchange defective products within 7 days of receipt (exchanged for same item only). All returns must be accompanied by a confirmation number. To request a return confirmation number and complete instructions, simply email within 30 days of your invoice date. The buyer will be responsible for shipping costs of all returned items. When will I get my order? We process and ship all orders within 1-2 business day(s). Most orders are shipped via USPS and should arrive within 4 - 7 business days. What is your privacy policy? We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information collected to process orders only. We do NOT save payment information. We do NOT release the information collected to any outside parties. We will NOT send you any spam. What does "Special Order," "Pre-Order" and "Back Order" Mean? Special Orders are not normally stocked in our warehouse. We have to make a special request for those items, so extra time will be required. Pre-Orders are titles that have yet to be officially released into the marketplace. We typically ship the Pre-Orders a couple of days before the actual release date. Back Orders are products that we have sold out, and may take a few weeks before we ship them.
